Im very sad because i didnt lose a gram... :( but at last im in the same weight, i will not eat today, i will be difficult because here are my sisters and my cousins... and my dad will cook this days and will go to restaurants... oh my god... i need to stay strong and firm about my weight loss... i need to reach my goal... minimum lose 5kg the next 15 days...

I went to Costco and my son want a cheese pizza and my mother a hot dog, i sit there watching drinking my diet coke i couldnt handle it and i eat a pizza bite :( later i ask for a frozen low fat yogurt and feel so guilty, i dont eat all of it but any way i feel so guilty.... my dad buy salami, octopus, parmesan, and a big Vanilla Hagen Dazs, right now he is making Bacalao that i like so much, he also make mole and other dishes to frozen because my sister and my cousin will visit us for a couple of days... but i already lose 3+kg and my dad noticed in my body... i will not eat the rest of the day...
