In April 2013 when my weight got to 180 I decided that I NEEDED TO LOOSE the lbs once and for all. I am happy to report that so far I've lost 15 lbs and I hope to continue doing so. I started excercising again slowly and now I am doing it at least 4 times a wk. Eating good is a struggle all the time, but I try to make good choices every time I can. Remember baby steps and every day is a new chance to begin again!!!!
