I have been too embarrased to be on here. Last week I kept cheating get back on for a day or two then cheat again, but I am so focused since sunday been working too and not used to manual labor, that is not fat friendly, weighed this morning and I weighed 262 am very happy with that I am not sabotoging myself no more. I am like a drug addict with food. thank you for all your support it was very much appreciated. everyone have a very happy and fat flushing stay focused. Thanks

WAAA, I gained 5 lbs this week dont know why. the trainer at the gym said not to worry stress or water retention will do that I have'nt been drinking a lot of cran water. been working out to. WAAAA, but I will not give up the ship I will the fat though. Ha Ha This will pass I know but so disheartening WAAA Boy am I mad at myself.

Hi everyone I keep losing I told my sister this weight is falling off me. Went to Chilis yesterday between little league game and had their tapilia(probly misspelled) fish dinner it was wonderful. told them double veggies no rice. my appitite has decreased dramatically I have to remember to eat something. I also stay busy walking running with the grandkids. I have so much more weight to lose if I look or dwell on the whole picture I get overwhelmed. I take the 10 lbs goal at a time. I have been documenting all my weight loss with the doctor or gym. Just so when I finish losing all this weight maybe I can help others and it wont take them till their 47 to get healthy. yall have a very happy flushing week.
