Weighed this morning and down 1.4 from yesterday. Not sure why it is coming off so fast now. I went through the longest period of nothing, and now it's just dropping. Don't get me wrong, I am not complaining. I will take it. Just don't know how it's possible. Maybe the scale is busted? lol

what it feels like for a girl.....
that time of the month comes around and my tatas hurt, especially when jogging AND cramps too!!! workout really hurt tonight but got through it. think i found my sweet spot for calories finally. around ~1200 - ~1350 is good for me. i am thinking i may actually make my goal of 150 for the wedding! man, i would be so happy!

Ate horrible this weekend, but did workout a lot on Saturday. Luckily, I still managed to lose .4 lbs since Friday. phew! TOM is almost here and well...that sucks but will try and workout hard even though when that time comes around working out is the last thing I want to do.
