Muscle up my thighs and tighten crepey skin so I feel great wearing shorts. Lean out so my six pack shows. Define my biceps and triceps so I love how my arms look so fit and lean in photos and as I move around my life.

MARCH 4, really april 4
So using net carbs, I kept my carbs at 20 grams today. Ate a shake for breakfast, taco in a cup x 2 for lunch, a lettuce wrap at 2:30 and a big salad with chicken at 7:30, then had a bit of whipped cream with a cut up strawberry and 1 tsp of cocoa powder. Dessert was pretty gross, but the rest was delicious. Forgot to include my 4 tblsp of homemade blue cheese dressing on my fat secret plan today.
I like atkins, and I'm losing a pound a day. I'm not sure I'm in ketosis yet, but I've been strict and compliant about no sugar, so I guess it just takes this long. Today is the fifth day. I appreciate the fat I can consume, and the protein. I can stay on this meal plan!
Remember the goals:
small size 6 body size
defined waist
leaned out arms, waist, hips, thighs, area on upper back. Leaner, stronger, more defined at 50 than at 25.

Day one, 11:55, already got a headache from lack of caffeine. Had a 3 egg white veg omelette and decaf with stevia for breakfast. Really pretty gross. Tea after. Starving and headachy after waldorf and dom wanted me to stay for lunch so I had one chicken nugget and 3/4 of a chicken strip with ranch. Need to recalibrate and set my goals.
1. Lose the fat off my upper back, thighs, gluts and arms.
2. cinch my waist so it's curvy
3. be a small 6, lithe and strong and lean and gorgeous
Here's what I'm doing, so move softly and steadily.
A shot of espresso for the headache.
1 tablespoon of half and half has .6 net carbs and 20 calories. I'm including it in my life.
