Lunch: One "smart dog" with veganaise and ketchup on bread
100 calorie pack snack mix
12 swedish fish :(
1 granola bar
Dinner
split tofu yakisoba with brocolli and ginger
4 peices spicy tuna sushi
I wish I had a scale I would love to know where I'm at since my surgery. I feel thinner. Who knows.
To top off all the stress from my surgery I got rearended by a semi yesterday. All I wanted to do today was emotionally eat. I don't know what to do with myself. I hurt everywhere now. Hopefully I can get back into walking everyday to and from work. I need to take it easy to some extent. So it's hard for me not to over eat when I'm at home.

So far so good with the gall bladder removal. It's really hard guessing what is going to make me sick and what is not.
Went out with Kara today, didn't feel so well when I got back from lunch can't figure out what it was that made my stomach upset, maybe the sushi?
Today so far to eat is:
5 peices california roll sushi with soy sauce and wasabi
2 peices salmon nigiri
Diet Coke
small Ben and Jerry's nonfat frozen yogurt in sugar cone.
Stomach bloating from surgery is starting to look a little better. I feel like my pants fit again.
