breakfast- coffee and milk 1 cup
lunch- 2 pack of outmeal, 1 half cup of broccoli cream soup
1 pice of black, rye bread, 2 bowls !! of cabbage soup around 5 pm.
Note: too much by amount of intake. Need to cut all of this in half. Plus add more water, and 1 smoothie.( cant eat 5 servings of fruits daily)
