I'm almost 50 years old. I weighed 107 pounds most of my life, then I got very ill and gained 68 pounds in 1998. I have been fighting to get those pounds off ever since. I have done weightwatchers, I lost then gained back. I am presently about 162 (afraid of the scale). I am doing the "You On A Diet" and must get more committed to the exercise. I can use all the support I can get.
