Good day people.....
I have been on my own journey for the past year and have managed to drop almost 60 lbs on my own just by basically changing my eating habits, increasing my water intake, and..the fact that i work a second job seems to have had a huge impact as well....less time for senseless snacking or even worse, over indulgent gorging. Yay me! However, I need to kick it up a notch and find time and dedication for more physical activity to lose even more and to tone up in general. My hope is that by joining this group, I will become more dedicated to these goals by degree of additional accountability.
Wish me luck and let me know your thoughts, advice, tricks...etc.
