This has been a good day, I have been eating well lately. Mostly I have improved my eating habit in the morning before I attend a workout or have practice to go to. There is always something for me to do in the morning so I'm realizing that its best that I get that meal in before I have to do anything else and I can have some type of energy to get me through the day. I just have to continue to eat when I need too. Knowing that without eating it makes it harder to get through a certain portion of your day with that energy you need. It all helps you.

Today I had a long day, it started off right with breakfast though. After I had breakfast, then I went and I had practice. Practice was two hours. After practice, then I went to class and while in class I was eating a snack that I had. A cinnamon roll. The day went by and I continued to eat more this day. Even when I felt full I continued to eat after every three hours.

Today has been a good day so far. I woke up this morning early and I had football practice. Before practice I did not eat and I don't think that was a good idea, I probably should have ate something light. After practice I went to class and after class I continued to go without a meal because I had work that needed to be done. After this, I finally ate after all my assignments were done. I still have dinner to eat and I have to make it a good meal.
