I was stress eating the beginning of February, I think it brag for two weeks. I would walk but mostly eating. I also found out that I have to stop eating cheese. I expand. I did gain weight just a little. I've been walking a lot. Plus on top of that my lower back hurts. I stop jogging during my lunch break - no car. Now, I'm riding the bus and train around town. I know that is exercise during the day and weekend, which I have to do to get me out of the house.
I'm going to make the best of it right now. I know have to be positive about my situation that I'm dealing with and move forward with life.
That is what I have to do. Because there is always good that will be coming my way in my time of need.

I ate over the long holiday. I gain 10 pounds. I did do some walking but that is all. There is not jogging or basketball nor soccer playing. I had all the kids with me and limited on transportation. But I did take the babies to the park and I walk around there.
I have to get jogging, I got this race in January to prepare myself. I have to prove to myself that I can do this long distance run with one of my grandson.
