Starting over, once again. I did pretty well today keeping track of all my intake. Weird thing is, apparently I didn't eat enough according to both FatSecret and SparkPeople. Not from lack of hunger, no, but from being too paranoid of going over. Even drank a regular Pepsi (disgustingly sweet though it was) and ate a Tootsie Pop, though I know those were bad choices, to try and get closer to range so that I don't throw my body into starvation mode. No dice. Maybe another cup of soy milk before bed? Tasty AND nutritious!
Anyway, even though this is yet another attempt, I'm bound and determined that I won't fail again. Luckily, I'm starting at the same weight that I left off with the last time (purely coincidental), and I WILL NOT GIVE UP before I get under 200. Yes.

It's amazing, really. You think you've gone over your diet and screwed up eating, but when you start adding up your exercise/activities for the day, you realize that you're right on track. Or, at least that's what tends to happen to me. :)
Caught up the diet calendar for the past two days since I missed keeping track yesterday due to a friend's band's show that I went to. I've been lazy today, activity wise, but the day ain't over yet. I may get up and do something later on.

Went for another long walk with Mom today. I think she's wanting to add too much too soon, at least for me, but I keep trudging along. No pain, no gain, right? The guys wanted to skip the cardio tonight, and I let them.
Pizza was my downfall today, food wise. Who knew one slice could have so much bad stuff in it? I knew it wasn't great for you, but holy batflaps, Gramma!
