I have been dieting hard core going on 2 weeks now, and I have so much muscle mass that I it's SO HARD TO SEE IT ON THE SCALE... it has been really depressing, because I have not cheated on my diet, & I have been so diciplined with it.. I do an intense 7 minute workout EVERY single night too, so I know that is building my muscle tone.. I am 5'3 and weigh 174.. ???? but I LOOK like I weigh 130 already.. ALL I drink is water.. I do not cheat with any tea's, juices, or soda's.. WHAT ELSE CAN I DO TO START SEEING THE # GO DOWN ON THE SCALE??? I am firm all over... and I played traveling soccer for 13 years of my life, so I have so much of my own muscle... at my very smallest weight loss, and my most in shape, healthy self, my body LITERALLY won't go below 135lbs.. please don't be rude.,. some helpful suggestions would be nice.
