Today I went all crazy and ate whatever I wanted, ranging from chips, candy, and pop. My carbs were double what I had been eating. I hope I didn't screw up all my progress. Feel like a failure.

No progress this week. This sucks. Maybe I am eating too much salad. I have read 3 to 6 cups on the atkins plan. I think I was losing more when I was just eating eggs and meat. Anyone know if there is a limit to those atkins endulge bars? I am addicted to the chocolate coconut. I have been eating one daily.
