Well here we go! First day of the 40 Day Fit 4 Faith Challenge.
Had 2 scrambled eggs and 2 pieces of bacon this morning along with some juice.
My juice is from: 6 leaves of Kale, 1 cucumber, half a lemon, 2 apples, 4 stalks of celery, and 1 piece of ginger (about an inch).
I'm not sure how to add the juice on here though so if anyone has any suggestions or tips on how to please let me know. I'd like to see how it breaks down in calories, carbs, etc...
