I am feeling optimistic. Its been a few days of complete control over the food and Big Time hard core working out. I already have no problem there and have always liked excercize, as i have said before. Only the food portions have been my weakness.
BUT..I am doing good. Been studying because I am going through another round of tests right now..studying like a banshee today but had a fantastic workout at the gym as a treat : ) for all the hard work and dedication I feel I definitely deserve a workout break . hugs ..bout to hit the bed

Well here it is
..end of the day. I did very good today on the food control and I am so proud of myself. Everyday is a challenge for sure..but I made it through today so I am glad for thAT.
Gym went well as always..I like working out. I am getting stronger on the bike and I really am looking forward to the bike muscles. I use 3 machines for cardio : eliptical..treadmill and bike. A total of 55 minutes on just cardio. Then I spend 20 minutes on just weights. This is daily. Working out and being physical most of my life and its just what i do...i like to be physical.
...my boyfriend is so sweet about encouraging me and helping me with the food control. hugs..

Down on my mood because I have no problem exercizing daily but I have had so much trouble leaving the food alone.
Any time I get upset or for any reason ..I want to eat. Today I will try again. But everyday seems to be this promise to myself and then I eat crap again..sigh
