Today I just started my diet. Over the winter I have put on some extra fat. I can see it in my stomach and I am not liking what I see anymore. I want to make sure I work out and have the healthy look again. Swim suet season is right around the corner. If Im going to do this I need to keep with it and do it right. That's the only way to lose the weight. I need to quiet talking about it and just do it.
