Thank goodness the full moon is leaving! I'm always hungry around this time. Staying busy and getting lots accomplished! All is well. :)

I woke up at 6 am with my whole stomach and body in pain. Diarrhea, throwing up. Insane! I stayed in bed until 2:30 pm. Finally was able to get up without feeling sick. Ate 1 slice of Ezekial Bread with a pat of butter and had some Oregon Chai Dreamscape tea. Feeling a little better. What a weird experience. I can only guess that it is more of the heat/sun stroke I suffered yesterday. Today my body wants no food at all. I'm drinking water and resting. Watching the movie "Chances Are".

Wow today I weeded our horribly overgrown garden and after 2 hours went in. I was sick and dizzy and then my head started hurting. I guess I shouldn't have stayed out so long. I wore a hat, jeans, swim top I took a break and drank water. Even now many hours later I still feel terrible. My head has finally quit hurting though! I think I will go to bed early and get up early and try again in the morning. It needs to be done....:)
I did pretty good with the eating thing again. I did try 2 glucose tablets after I drank an electrolyte water it helped my head some. I had ice on it for over an hour. Amazing that the sun can take it out of me so hard!
It gets really hot here in Kentucky. All in all a tough day. Almost over now and tomorrow will be a new day!

I'm convinced that Ketogenics will reset my basal metabolism and get me out of the insulin resistance I've been stuck in. Day 1 has been a breeze! Wouldn't it be great if every day were this easy? I know it won't be so I'm enjoying the feeling of satisfaction that comes from knowing I did TODAY right!
Plus I ordered that rockin' Body dance video set to help me amp up my cardio. I'm not a runner and with all the rain we've had walking skating or bicycling has been unavailable. I live too far away from any gym. Until we get our house built I have very small space to work out in. I do the Body Fat Makeover exercises that I can do (push ups, sit ups, squats, calf raises. Pilates and yoga are also something I try to do twice a week.
Maybe this time I will get some results! Believing the best for my future weight and body!
