Omg! I stepped on the scale at work today, the one I usually get my weight from and I found myself at 187!!!! Im actually at 187 not 190!!! Pardon the French but hell yeah! I was so psyched about this, that I decided I was gonna give myself a push right in the direction of doing the right thing with my diet! All I had today was a tuna sandwich with potato chips and a chicken ceasar salad. I prepared the chicken in the crockpot and omg!!! Cut those babies up into pokies and omg!!! Best chicken ceasar salad ever!!!

Im so ready to lose even more! I've even started to exercise as of today and it feels great!! My next step is to get some fish oil and start taking that everyday. I heard that fish oil helps everything. What a geat day!! Thanks God and thank all of you wonderful people here for all of the positive support!!! God bless!

PS: no drugs were used prior to the event of creating this post. Peace y'all! Lol life is good! So happy to be alive and getting on the right track to being healthy again!!! Thanks water pills!!! Haha!
