I'm recording what time I wake up each day, how I felt the night before that may have contributed to when I wake up and how I feel the morning that I wake up.

Sept 1 2010---1 pm

-VERY hot the night before..A/C not working properly so I tossed and turned all night. Also not in the greatest mood lately. Body hurt moderately this morning, hot, miserable

Sept 2 2010---10:30

-cooler last night but my pillow was really hot..slept better though. I should note that we had the curtains opened completely since we had to open the windows to let in cool air so their was a lot of sunlight coming in early this morning..I think that was why it was much easier than usual for me to get up..it was really nice. It's cool in the room, the fresh air smells and feels nice, my body hurts only mildly and I'm in a pretty good mood

Sept 3 2010---9:00

-I couldn't get the fan the way I wanted it until very early, around 5am so I was frustrated until then, I had to pee a lot and a plastic sac kept crackling until I moved it at around 5am but after that I slept pretty good except for that damn hot pillow! I woke up to a cool, bright room with the wind blowing in and I'm very impressed with how that makes me feel in the morning. I feel good about starting the day and my pain is very mild

Sept 4 2010---11:00

-Stayed up really late last night..until around 3am watching a movie and "etc". We had the windows and curtains closed since the a/c was working. It was much cooler but I only slept as good as I did last night when the a/c wasn't working, go figure. My pain this morning was mild/moderate..mood-pretty good

Sept 5 2010---10:30

-Stayed up late again. Tossed and turned a lot but felt fairly good this morning...mild pain

Sept 6 2010---1:30pm!

-Was awake most of the night uncomfortable..also a little depressed that I gained a pound and am having a hard time losing..the full body pics I had taken for my "before" pic were quiet disturbing and a huge slap in the face too so that has me down..I usually sleep to handle my pain but that has to stop if I want to lose weight and keep it off.

Sept 7 2010---11:30

-Didn't sleep very well but feeling better in general..pain was only mild this morning

Sept 8---9:30

-Slept pretty good lastnight, went to bed fairly late..felt good this morning...mild pain

Sept 9---8:20

-Went to bed late last night, around 2am..have a lot on my mind and needed to exhaust myself.Even though I went to bed later than usual I couldn't stay asleep after Greg went to work, I was tossing around and was actually looking forward to checking my daily weight..I was very drowsy but felt surprisingly good and hopeful. I lost more weight so very happy today and very mild pain

Sept 10---11:00

-Didn't sleep well last night, went to bed around 1am..just not feeling very well lately...woke up feeling really crappy and that sucks because it's my birthday. Been really tired, irritable and just not feeling well since last night..it's about time for my period so that makes sense. My muscle aches were pretty back this morning and still are. I need to get to the chiropractor. I'm sure I'll feel better when I get more sleep and my period has passed.
