im pretty sure ill do good at this diet stuff entering food makes me really stop and think about what im putting in my body im hoping to gradually reduce my intake of food so i can really start losing weight.

day 1
gonna start losing weight and keeping it off through using this site's system. and I'm excited for future results.
i've been struggling with weight gain because of medications i'm on bout i'll soon be off them soo so look out world its my turn to shine.

first day and im a pound heavier then i thought i was not a good sign but its what i get for being bad and eating fast food today and its been like months since i ate it but i've been craving it.
