I've been making sure I have protein for breakfast, and that has helped me get through the afternoon. Before I was feeling weak and just starving by 11:30, and now I'm not even that hungry by then.
I just need to get a bunch of good days of gym and eating right strung together. For me it's easy to see the end goal of 160 lbs. I can imagine myself thinner and fitting in clothes I'd love to wear...but it's the daily grind that is the struggle. It's getting more good days than bad out of the month that really is tough for me.

Tomorrow I am going to start jogging. I love love love using the weight machines. I've always been pretty strong and I enjoy challenging myself with how much I can lift. I also feel in my comfort zone when I'm lifting weights. Jogging is way out of my comfort zone, but I need cardio. I used to run all the time in my early 20s, but it was forced. I was in the army, and thats just what you do. I hated it. A friend of mine I worked with (who is also out now) started running again and she enjoys it. So I want to enjoy running. I love watching runners. They seem to be in their own world and just kind of fly on by like it's nothing. That is what I want. I know it's going to take a lot of work. I'm not even sure how many mins I can even run!

Wow wasn't expecting that big of a drop! I'll take it.
I have a couple goals in mind to break up how much I have to lose. The over all number is a lot and kind of turns me off. So my first goal weight to get to is 230 and my second is 215. Both these number I've got to in the past and then gave up on myself.
My sister in law just a had a baby, and she has the ok to start exercising again. So we plan on getting together to walk and she wants to check out the gym I go to as well.

I messed up today. Ate way to big of a luch, and then went to Sonic and had some icecream. I feel so off by 11:30 that I just stuff my face. I need to eat sometime inbetween breakfast and lunch.

I'm feeling good this morning. I walked 2 miles with my dog. We passed a pizza joint and it smelled so good. Boy did it trigger some craving. We both wanted in lol. The walk felt awesome, and the gym yesterday. The afternoon is the hardest though, that's when my cravings kick in.
