I actually started on Atkins (second time) on 2018 Aug 06 @ 297.6. After the 2 weeks of induction I was down to 288.8 - 8.8 lbs. As of today I am 286.6 - 11 lbs total.

love how this always starts.
Just need to hold on when things slow down and the cravings really kick in.

Not a bad start.
A lot of food yesterday was guessing. Beef Vegetable soup was homemade but I have no numbers for what went into it - Stewing Beef and a package of frozen vegetables, so it cannot be too bad.
By Dinner I went on auto pilot and forgot to measure.
But today is a new day and I can do better.

Time to get serious again as my weight has gotten out of control again.
Jan 09 will be a new beginning. Starting at 282 lbs
