Breakfast- 1/2 cup oat bran w/walnuts/raisins/skim milk
3 hard-boiled egg whites
1 black coffee
Walk 30 minutes
V-8
Yogurt fat free /green tea
3 large stuffed cabbage YIKES! got in 8 water
7:20 pm thats it for today

10/17/07 Thank you for encouragement-finished 1/2 walk -had a low
carb slim fast for breakfast - meeting a friend for lunch
at Bob Evans- plan on having the salmon-garlic sauce on
side/salad/water. Trying to plan today -- as usual -had
a good start yesterday-waited to long to eat(had mother at
doctor appt.-got hung up) and went nuts stopping at a
nearby Wendy's ordered a single cheeseburger w/mayo-tomato-
pickle-lettuce. For dinner ham slices/applesauce/baked beans
/ and about an hour later a herseys chocolate bar ! Disgusted
with myself. Vowed once again to do better today)

10/16/07 Walked for 30 minutes-just about killed me- really out
of shape
Breakfast- 1 cup oatmeal w/walnuts/bluberries/banana/splenda
1 cup skim milk 1 cup coffee
