Unfortunately though i work out much more, while i added swimming and basketball in my routine i gained 2 lbs instead of losing a few :/
Need to watch my diet, remove a few carbohydrates and try to cut 5 lbs!

Oh come on, its such a slow process! And i don't like my belly this way! Hmfff!! Should i try liposuction or even better a
liposuction alternative
- while i am afraid of pain :P?
