Hi, I'm Linda and am a little new to Fat Secret, but I've never really chatted here before. I can be a buddy to you. I'm on Atkins and I'm a professional cook, so recipes are definitely NOT a problem for me. My problem is I'm losing very slowly; but I'm losing. So far, I've lost 12.7 lbs. since January. I had to constantly stop and start because I needed to tweak certain ingredients and eliminate carbs completely for a while, but have since added back small amounts of low glycemic fruits and vegetables. I get my carbs from them; no starches, unless they're in a sauce, but the amount is so minute, it doesn't register.

Anyway, I get my exercise from my job. It's very strenuous, so that's a good thing. Hope to hear from you, Shirl6460.

Sleeping aids when mind just can't stop working
I meant to say Trazadone, not Trazadol. It was 2:30 a.m., at that hour, I was lucky to remember the name of it.

I wasn't aware you could get this without a prescription. I don't take it that often anymore. Sometimes, it works, sometimes, it doesn't.
