Does anyone have a suggestion on how to properly track my breakfast? I really don’t eat breakfast. I try... but can’t stomach it. Sometimes I end up stringing it out. This all happens in a 2-3 hour stretch. Is that breakfast? Or breakfast and snacks?
For example:
Wake up
Drink water
Make latte
Run kids to school
Handful of nuts
Do chores
Eat a hard boiled egg
Get ready for the day
Eat a Babybel or string cheese
Items are different day to day.

Vegan blueberry pie from the farmers market. My partner and I are sharing it. Sometimes just having a bite is enough. Definitely didn’t eat half.
