Been avoiding weighing myself this week, kinda fell off the bandwagon this weekend visiting family, plus got my period this week, so all gross and bloated and PMSing from that! Ugh! Will weigh myself later!

Been eating a ton of carbs and garbage lately, not in excess, but still, more than I should. Time to buckle down! I'm not upset with this new weight, muscles tone/abs still in check, but... not super excited. I know weight doesn't matter, it's about how you feel and look, blah blah blah, but still! It's a shock. I haven't been 120 in over a year!
This was also mid day, after workout/breakfast/lunch.

SO oh my gosh, happy news today! This morning woke up, nailed a workout, had a filling, nutritious breakfast and took 5-HTP, 3000 mg of Vit D, and a B Complex vitamin... what a difference. Better mood, more positive, more energetic. Dealing with work much better, enthusiastic and happy to be here and get my tasks done. Wow. Going to keep up this routine of vitamins and good eating and see if this lasts. Feeling much more optimistic today. BF even commented on me being more chipper, which made my heart so happy :) this is excellent. I hope this keeps up.
