My husband and I fell off the wagon this weekend. We went out of town and had a hard time following Phase I. But we did try and get healthy meals and I didn't gain any weight...so that is good.
So we are starting Phase I again today. :)

My husband and I are now on day four of phase I. Finding creative ways to sweeten the oatmeal has been a challenge. For day one I tried applesauce (not very tasty). Today I used peach yogurt, that seemed to come out a little better. We also have tons of leftovers...so maybe I will not have to cook for the rest of the week. :)
Getting my husband to eat his snacks has been a challenge. He claims he can only remember if I call to tell him. Phase I is kinda hard for him. He keeps looking into the book to see what he can and cannot eat. I know he will be very happy next week when we can have chicken again. :)
