On day 1 of week 3 of the Couch to 5K program. I am definitely NOT a runner, I get winded after running for a MINUTE. I managed to do 90 seconds running, 90 seconds walking (brisk), 3 minutes running and 3 minutes walking x2 without completely falling over at the end.....only 6 more weeks to go and each week gets harder. I find myself dreading "running days" and looking for any excuse, but I feel proud of myself when I get out there and finish the run/walk for the day. I've seen some results already and am excited to see how different things are by the end of the 9 weeks.
