Yes, it's taken me 6 months to get off the My Mother Is Dying Of Cancer Gee Christmas Cookies Are Good weight. Mama is still dying but she hasn't given up an inch. And neither will I. I'm so grateful to my parents for giving me this body, my health, my life. I feel renewed in my desire to take care of it now that I see it for the gift it is and I'm honoring them by caring for it and making it the best it can be.

Amusingly, since my last weigh in in April I gained about 10 lbs, broke my ankle so was sedentary for a bit, am just now back on my feet and going easy...and am right back at 155. I guess I came full circle! Now to get back to the business of shrinking my body fat %...

Home and eating fresh food that i can't afford in AZ. Eat better and lose weight. Garbage in, garbage out. its as simple as that.
