Haven't been watching as closely since about Thanksgiving. Still managed to maintain, mostly. This past week was extremely difficult, because I was sick. When I'm sick, I alternate between not wanting food and not being able to stop eating.
It's time to tighten down on the diet again. I've rested long enough, and there's still quite a distance to go.
