Been over weight all my life. When I was 18 lost 150 lbs. Didn't workout at all & get my body in shape. Over 32yrs gained most of back. Reached 315 lbs. in 2008. Didn't start dieting just reduced portion size got down to 285 lbs. in late 2009 & maintained until Jan. 2010. I started working out doing water aerobics & eating breakfast(I rarely ever ate breakfast) which is usually oatmeal w/flax seed & cinnamon. I will be 50 the 28th of Dec. my goal is to lose @ least 100 lbs. however long it takes. I know it won't come off quickly it didn't go on that way. However, I am doing this for myself, my kids are grown & on there on. I had a hip replacement in 2008 & have to take way too many medications daily. I figure if I eat like I should & workout & get my body in shape I won't have to take so many meds. Most importantly I will be able to keep with & enjoy my grandbabies!
