Well, this is my first time doing anything like this... My mother says I dont eat enough calories so this is my way to count calories and make sure I am.
When it comes to working out, I am not too hardcore. I do light little things that could burn some calories or strengthen muscles that i need to strengthen for sports. I will try more hardcore as time closes in before a beach trip I am taking but I am kinda happy with my workouts.
