I stopped doing weight watchers and started eating more fruits and vegetables and walking at least 30 min for 5 days a week. And, since I was considered pre-diabetic, I'm doing the DASH Diet. The nutritionist said you can turn on the diabetic gene or turn it off. I choose to turn it off; aiming for my goal weight which is still considered obese, but I am trying to lose a little more than that; one goal at a time. :-)

I guess thanksgiving didn't do me in after all. And, yesterday I don't know what happened. I stayed home sick and was eating a lot of stuff I don't normally eat and I didn't keep track of any points. Other days, I have been trying to watch what I eat and all the walking around in the mall on Black Friday must have helped also. I haven't been to the gym in a week. Going back tonight.
