I started weight watchers Sat. I'm looking forward to keeping this up. The whole point system threw me off a little at first, since in the past I've always counted calories. Also today starts my journey of becoming vegetarian. My dad suggested that I start off by cutting out red meats and stick with fish and poultry until I'm used to getting protein from other sources. I'll see. Day 1 so far has been good.

I've been on an eating binge, and I am so ready for it to be over. I hate when I get out of control like that, I feel like I can't stop. Today I actually feel in control. I started off pretty good with my English muffin with peanut butter and coffee. I have a light lunch planned and not sure yet about dinner. I start weight watchers Sunday with my father and sister in law. I think the rest of this week and next will be good...I'll post a weight on Sunday. I 'll use weight watcher weigh in for fat secret.

I went to the state fair yesterday knowing that I'd be going over my calories. I had a lot of fun...I didn't stress over wanting food. I just let myself have some treats. Today it's back to normal. I really need to start recording my food though. I did really well with recording when I first joined the site, so I have to get back to it.

I went grocery shopping yesterday and got some healthy food :) I'm hoping for a good weekend. I had some Mt. Dew this morning, but I won't let that set the tone for the rest of the day. I need to get back on track with recording my food, and getting some exercise in.

So I've been really considering going vegetarian for a couple years now. No one is all that supportive, so I've never given it a shot. My husband is against it because he doesn't think I'll get enough protein and that this is just a quick way for me to lose weight. Plus my kids are 5 and 4 and with them and my husband still eating meat, it seems sort of complicated like when it comes to making dinner. Idk I'm really going to do my research on this though.
