Feeling sooooo happy! Down 3 pounds! I didn't really stick to the diet the way I should have, so now I know when I stick to it the weight should just come right off!

Feeling a bit down today...totally not myself. The only thing I can think about is eating something I should not have...I am craving something sweet!!!

I am soooooo tired and my body hurts! I did the Biggest Loser workout this morning. It wasn't my first time doing it, but I haven't done it in a very long while!! Welcome to day 2!!!

WOW!!! I did really bad today....I know it was my dinner that got me. I HAVE to stay away from my sister's meatloaf!!! But, aside from dinner, all was well. Hopefully tomorrow will be much better.

Ok...so it's day one of my "new" start...LOL! I am so excited to see what my new self is going to look like. I think I started off on the right foot. I wanted some eggs for breakfast, but I didn't wake up in time to cook them...so, morning down...8 more hrs to go!
