Man o man, I need to work out more often. Feel pretty good now that the muscles are't hurting as bad. Life just seems to be getting better.

Had a 13 hour work day yesterday. Only 4 1/2 today. Wow. Feell good burning calories and earning cash.

I am going to try an eggplant dish frm Trader Joe's today. Call my adventurous. The graff of my weight history looks like a smile. Who'd have thought that was a bad thing.
