My name is Jeanette, and a dear friend recommended this website to keep me accountable. I have a few things working against my weightloss (thyroid condition, fibromyalgia, and being metabolicly resistant), but I won't let that stop me. I follow the Curves weight management plan, but eliminate certain foods that I know trigger a flair-up of Fibro (like grains and nuts). I exercise at least 5 times a week at Curves, and add in extra when my body is up to it. I have lost 59 pounds so far (it has taken a year and 6 months), and I am more concerned with body fat and inches than pounds....that doesn't mean I don't get frustrated when the scale doesn't move. I am always looking for encouraging friends.
