Si I still haven't weighed myself yet. I can tell by my clothes that I lost some. I think I will wait until Feb. to weigh in.

Hello! Okay so I was wondering if anyone could explain how I count net carbs? Are they the same as reg. carbs? Please help! Also I tried KFC's Spicy Grilled Chicken yesterday for dinner.....SOOOOO GOOOD! I asked if they used flour and they said no. So it's an Atkins friendly choice:)

Hey Everyone! I was wondering what you guys eat on atkins and if you guys had any good snack ideas. I'm running out of my own ideas and I'm getting sick of teh same ol' same ol'. I'm on the indroductoin phase for two 1/2 weeks now. I'm really scared to weigh myself! I don't want to be disappointed so I'm going by the way my clothes fit.

I finally lost a lb. or two YAY!!! My b-day is creepin up so I'm being a goo dgirl till then so I can enjoy a piece of that yummy cake:)

Diet followed reasonably well
