Oh yeah, I forgot to add that I did 20 sit-ups last night. I know that sounds pathetic, but for me & my hip, that's good...

Okay...What the crap is the deal??? I have gained 1.9 pounds this week? Besides the weekend, I have not cheated at all. It is about to be my "time of the month", so maybe that is water weight!!! What a drag!

I just got back from my doctor's appointment & found out it will be another 2 months before surgery! I was planning on having another hip surgery in June & now that has been put off...I am so frustrated! However, on the positive side, that will give me another few months to lose the weight I want to & I will have a nice summer. I stayed on the diet pretty well last night, but ate at O'Charley's & had a few tortilla chips w/ spinach dip & 1/2 a waffle for breakfast this morning (that's all the lobby had besides bagels).

Well, I was really bad this weekend! We had our annual Relay For Life Friday night from 6:00 at night until 6:00 the next morning, so needless to say I ate alot of things I shouldn't! I did good until about midnight, then I ate a hot fudge cake, chicken fingers & lemonade! I guess I felt like it was okay because I was celebrating 3 years of cancer survivorship, but it sucks making up for it this week. I was supposed to come off P1 yesterday, but I am going to stay on it 1 more week to make up for this past weekend. 2 weeks to go until the beach!

I have tried a few new recipes from this site & they were delicious!!! Those peanut butter cookies were a saving grace for me this week, because I was craving sweets. I have lost down to 143, not as much as I would like, but I can definetely tell I have lost inches. I tried on a pair of my old jeans & they buttoned, so that's good. My husband can also tell a difference, so I feel pretty good about it this week!
