The last time i was 14stone iwas 12 years old. I have been disabled for over 30years due first to my hip problem and after surgery 8 years ago,my knees , especially my left knee has been painful and now has no cartilage . i could have had surger to my knee years ago and put it off mainly due to the difficulties i have experience in hospital with my hip ( I had to have it done twice as exrays failed to show the faults in my structure. and this lead to blood transfusions and double morphine etc etc.

I also avoided gall bladder removal by self treatment and colonics regularly, i am very pleased with the results . i have had many attacks ( 16 at least, really painful ) but now i am virtually cured.

l never have issues with internal organs and my doctor has perscribed stomach surgery for me to lose weight as the NHS will not now allow me to have the operation on my knee which i would have been allowed two year ago they say this is due to my excess weight. i am a big built person. and I have already lost over 2 stones since last Sept.( 7month s ago ) and i am on a starvation diet now as i am desperate to walk and to not have bowel surgery of any type.
sorry i dont have many images of my full body . i ll send one later.

Do you lift weights
How , as a 66year old person who cycles on electric bike , does a few sit ups and pilates, can i start simple cheap weight lifting at home? My friend and i feel it must be possible and practical to do this with household objects. Advise please. We do not want to join a gym for many reasons. We know that we need to use diverse exercise activity more.. I cannot walk or dance at the moment i am waiting for a knee op.

cut it up
If you really want the treat. take a little fruit knife ( always useful on diets) and make it clear, if you have to, that you ll eat a little , save a little and maybe give most of it away.. this is , if you can't or dont want to give all of it away..
when you're used to not having gluten/ sugar/ fat/ chocolate/ etc etc. like some of us. a tiny piece is worth a lot of pleasure once a week. It doesn't have to be a whole big cake.

Eat your nice neat little piece with an apple or satsuma/ grapes. it ll go a long way then. and you can have much more fruit than stooge. Especially if you can save it for lunch time treat.
