Latte for breakfast. Now I should go make an egg or eat something. I'm a procrastinator. I want another coffee! I want VictoriaLynn618's box of donuts! No, I don't! Yes I do! AARRRGHGH! I'm going to have another latte with a hardboiled egg and crawl into my studio and create something wonderful out of the frustration I feel inside. It'll sell for thousands...no millions after my death and art students will study my work and look for meaning in the brush strokes but they'll never know the pain came from wanting to eat like a normal person, without hangups! LOL I'm ok. :)

The Tuesday after a holiday long weekend. Feeling ok but really went off the Beach for a few days and want to get back on with the rest of you. No biggie. Latte for breakfast and munched of a little piece of leftover pork roast. Hey, it's just protein! LOL. I'll make a salad for lunch and get into my laundry to stay busy. DON'T OBSESS, SELF!!!

Busy these days with an art show to get ready for this Easter weekend. My mind has not been on food as much so it's been an easier week to get through. Made a really good seafood creole last night but even though I LOVE spicy foods I pay for it in the morning when my eyes look all puffy! Zero fat in it, though! Mmmmm, leftovers for lunch!

I just had a wonderful salad I created. Fresh greens, crumbled feta cheese, sliced ham, mandarin orange wedges and only a few pecans. Oh, and green onions. I tossed in a little lowfat red wine and raspberry vinegrette. I love one-dish meal salads (no pots to wash!) I'm good to go till dinner. I just wish I had had some red peppers to add in for a extra boost of nutrition and crunch. I'd love to hear ideas for ingredients that are a little unusual just to spice up my repertoire. Lay them on me!

I finally weighed in and it wasn't as painful as I thought it would be. I guess I reall get bloated at that time of the month and I just have to factor that into my chart. Now I feel pretty good about getting back aboard the SBD train. Good start today with a latte and SB breakfast and lunch. Just take it one meal at a time.
