Thanx peeps...its really disheartening as I've put so much effort in!! I track my ckal protein and carbs on my fitness pal app so im getting exactly wat i need I've read that for my ckal intake i should b taking 2100 so now I've used my ckal to 1600 500 less than wat i should be on. im also gluten free so don't eat much simple carbs i eat meat and carbs...im hoping that my body has gone into starvation on 1300 as no weight off at all and im very strict!! i think it may be my medication...or thyroid guna get tested next week.fingers crossed!" x

I joined the gym 6weeks ago and have been eating 1300 kcal a day and 1500 at weekends...ive not lost weight or inches!!I do 3x20 min cardio on various equipment and walk alot more.
everyone is telling me to keep at it but im really dishearted!!
ive done several calorie counters and they all say to eat 2100 im scared of eating that much and putting on weight!!
im on antidepresants and birth control injection also take pain killers regularly for fibromyalgia...seems like everything is against me getting bk into my size 10s!!
I had a baby 2yrs ago and used to b slimmer ive tried everything to lose the couple of stone please help xxx
