this All U Can Eat soup is amazing. On the days I have a bowl for lunch and dinner I'm not tempted to eat junk later. and I seem to show a nice loss each week steadily. I'm trying to only weigh once a week but its so hard!

Still pretty easy as long as I have a bowl of the soup with lunch and dinner. If I skip it I tend to get 'hungry' altho I'm not sure if its real hunger or my body craving something I'm not aware of. I'm still trying to stay away from dairy. I breath a lot better when I do. Am I developing an allery to dairy in my old age? LOL

This "my own" diet has gone better than I hoped. I'm using an ALL U CAN EAT soup recipe and have that on hand if I'm feeling starved. I'm alone a lot and I think I eat out of boredom rather than actual hunger. I'm also keeping no sugar added and sugar free ice pops around for the sweet craving. and watermelon is also a summer favorite that helps in the sweet department. I'm sort of shocked I don't crave chocolate like I thought I would since it was my daily staple and lots of it! LOL
