breakfast, 2 high fiber English muffins with egg and cheese. Going for filler in hopes that the breakfast sandwiches will keep me from straying. I had been doing one sandwich then stopping at Starbucks's for a cinnamon swirl coffee cake everyday. My first BS this morning was 329, cripes.. A few hours later down to 236, better but not good enough. I ate way too many bad things over the weekend and did not take my meds and I am paying for it now. I eat a late lunch so next check in for lunch about 1-2pm.
