My ultimate goal is to be healthy.
I took the first step towards my goal by quitting smoking last year.
I have been smoke free for a year, but my weight has crept up since then. I gained about 17 pounds, not only because I quit smoking but also because I haven't been working out and eating lots of sweets, especially ice cream.
Here are my stats and my goals:
Weight: 135lbs (as of 02/27/09)
Height: 5'1"
Goal Weight: 115 (by the end of June)
I plan to achieve my goal by exercising 3-5 days a week and following a healthy diet.
