Hi ya, so im kinda happy with my exercise routine at the minute im just not happy with my eating again! i seem to have a real sweet tooth at the moment & its driving me mad!! I cant help but pick at sweets or when im working in in therestaurant i ick at apple crumble & once i start i cant stop!! I guess i have to sort my diet out properly & plan ahead so when i get a sweet attack cut up a bowl of strawberris or get a tub of frozen yogurt! i do find hot chocolate helps me in the evening & when there isnt any crap in the house im quite strong but i always fail when im focusing on it, its like im going against my own positivity! still new day & a new start!

Morning i had my healthy stir fry & am feeling much better for it this morning!! my hubby also made a apple crumble 2 so i did pick at that but stopped by 8.30 pm & only had a cuppa after that so i didnt go to bed bloated or feeling wretched. I was also knackered so i went to bed early & slept for 9 hours so this morning im feeling great!

Im tired & moody tonight & all i want to do is eat crap, but im going to stay strong & ignore it. Im so bad for wanting to binge when im tired. It is something i have struggled with forever & i also torture myself coz when im so physically exhausted i cant drag myself to the gym & the guilt i feel is awful! but i have a very active job so i have already walked for 7 hours today but still not satisfied!! boo im off to make a healthy stir fry.x

Newweek & i feel ood apart from the slip up of a lot of quality street chocolates last night, i do feel bad for eating them but im going to punish my self in the gym to make up for it!! apart from that im doing well i went to the gym for almost hours yesterday!! & get into it & just forget the time!!
