Well, we made it through another stormy night~I think the animals were pairing up yesterday looking for a ride! HA! We are suppose to get more in the next few days. I know we need rain, but come on!!!!
Had a good day yesterday. I was able to do 2 miles on the treadmill and antoher mile on the treadclimer--I love that treadclimer but it really kicks my butt!! Did some abs as well--my little drill sergent pushed me through. I'm feeling better everyday as I feel the weight come off. Who knew I could do this for myself--feels good. For once, I don't feel guilty doing something for myself.
Go ME!!!!!!!!!

Well, another week another 3 lbs. I'm so excited. I'm not a very patient person and at first, loosing a few lbs. a week just didn't seem good enough. But now...after loosing 30lbs. all together, I'm very excited. It seems like reaching my goal is more doable every day. This site has really help me to stay on track. There are so many inspirational people on FS and I applaud all of you.
Just to brag a little--my daughter who is a freshman in high school and plays softball on 2 teams (high school and league team) has hit 2 triples, a double, and a single in her last game. She also inspires me to be a better person.
What a great week this will be. One day at a time and one lb. at a time...the end is not far!!!!

Well, I almost didnt' go to my WW meeting last night b/c I had 2 weeks of loosing only 1 lb. each week. I felt discouraged but then my leader had a talk with me about not giving up and feeling good about what I've accomplished so far. So I went--and lost 4 lbs. in one week! WOOOHOO! I was so excited I wanted to dance. Thanks for all the support to all my WW buddies!
