I already used fat secret to get down from just short of 200lb to roughly 180, but Christmas has come and gone, and low and behold, I'm starting to lose track of my calorie counts, not to mention that my exercise regime is practically non-existent! So this is just a little boost to get me back on track and working in the right direction!
Oh, and just for the record, measurements are currently:
Bust - 38inches
Waist - 32inches
Stomach (around belly button) - 37inches
Hips - 38inches
